Due to a number of factors causing inflation, Constable Sanitation is raising base rates for all HOA customers. There are a lot of things being affected by the current economy. Inflation is the highest it has been in decades. The owner, George and I spent a lot of time analyzing our revenue and our expenses to try and determine what was the lowest raise we could pass on to our customers that would keep our business operable but also hopefully be seen as fair to our residents. Besides diesel, things like DEF fluid, tire pricing, etc. have drastically increased in price. For that reason, we do not anticipate a price reduction if diesel goes below $4.69/gallon.
