Thank you for your business and we hope that everyone is staying healthy during this time. We are reaching out to inform you that trash rates are raising by $1.50/month and recycling $1/month beginning January 1st, 2021. Many businesses have been challenged this year by Covid-19. We have also seen an increase in cost associated with the pandemic. These costs include PPE for our crew, employing a larger workforce to assist with the added amount of trash and recycling being collected weekly. With kids home from school and many people working from home, we are ultimately forced to increase our prices. We have absorbed these costs as long as possible using government incentives. 2021 is not currently set to offer any additional government incentive programs for our line of business.
As a family-owned business, we strive to provide the best service at a good value. This increase will allow us to stick to our core beliefs: Pay our employees a livable wage to support themselves and their families while keeping them safe during this time. Provide our residents with the best service possible with less restrictions on how much they can set out from week to week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
