Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation – customers may cancel service at any time via email, phone call to our office at 816-204-1192 or written notice sent through the mail to PO Box 2531 Lee’s Summit, MO 64063. Once confirmation of cancellation has been received by our office, Constable Sanitation will refund any payments to cover services that have not been rendered.

Refunds – if an over payment is made by accident, Constable Sanitation will refund the payment to the customer within 48 hours of being contacted by phone or email. If a customer is cancelling service, refunds will also be processed within 48 hours from confirmation from our office staff that your service has been cancelled. No refunds can be given to any customers for services that have already been rendered.
